Houses You Will See!
And Much More....
Explore Hollywood, the Sunset Strip of West Hollywood, Beverly Hills & Rodeo Drive. This tour is narrated by our entertaining tour guides.
Your adventure starts off with Hollywood’s Walk of Fame, the “Pretty Woman” hotel, Grauman’s Chinese Theater with its decades of famous footprints, the Dolby Theatre where the Academy Awards are filmed, the Roosevelt Hotel, site of the first Academy Awards in 1929 and also where Marilyn Monroe lived as a model (Some people claim to have seen her ghost dance in the Grand Ballroom). See many famous restaurants owned by celebrities such as Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore.
Then venture down the historical Sunset Strip in West Hollywood where you’ll see Rock and Roll landmarks like the “Viper Room”, once owned by Johnny Depp, to the “Whiskey A-Go-Go”, where the Doors were the house band and Goldie Hawn was discovered dancing as a Go-Go girl in an elevated cage. Finally “The Roxy” with the members-only club, “On The Rox”, above it boasting of legendary members such as John Lennon, Keith Richards and John Belushi. Next door is “The Rainbow Bar and Grill” from the Golden Age of Hollywood where Joe DiMaggio had his first date with Marilyn Monroe. (She was two hours late but he waited. And waited.)
You’ll see the Standard Hotel, The Laugh Factory, The Comedy Store, House of Blues, Cindy Crawford’s “Skybar” and the Chateau Marmont Hotel, the most famous party site for everyone from Lady Gaga to U2. You know someone famous is staying at the Chateau Marmont when a growing crowd of fans awaits eagerly for just a glimpse of their idol.
Leaving West Hollywood and The Sunset Strip we’re soon in Beverly Hills, home of the rich and famous, past and present. Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe, Simon Cowell, Frank Sinatra , Larry King, David Beckham, Jackie Chan, P. Diddy, Lucille Ball, Doctor Phil, the bedroom Michael Jackson died in and many, many more celebrity homes.
After the celebrity portion of the tour, the driver will head towards Rodeo Drive, home of all the famous fashion houses such as, Prada, Gucci, Louis Vuitton ,and Versace’s. You can photograph Bijan’s two million dollar Bugatti parked outside his store. At the end of Rodeo Drive stands The Wilshire Hotel, where Richard Gere stayed in “Pretty Woman”.
